Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your package for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. Due to the nature of our made-to-order business, all returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. RAFA will not accept returns on items that have been worn or altered. Original shoe boxes and package must also be included and in original condition. All sale items are final sale. Return or exchange requests for sale items will not be accepted. Gift cards are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards. We do not provide return shipping.
Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size. Shipping charges are waived for the replacement package. Exchanges are not available for international orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Returns are processed within 5 business days. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, original shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Please send the items back to the address noted below using any courier of your choice. Please retain proof of purchase until we have confirmed your return has been received and processed.
